Every drawer in each Mobile Manager provides multiple Ethernet and power connections, allowing a wide range of diverse tools to be powered, charged, and securely connected simultaneously. Because of flexible manufacturing techniques, drawer sizes are customizable for your particular application to ensure your unique program requirements are achieved. Even in locations like hangars, where limited LAN connections and dirty power make information availability and security a challenge, Tracewell’s Mobile Managers connect and protect your E-Tools platforms with features including power surge protection, an AC/DC/AC conversion system and passive or active Ethernet switches. Administrators can remotely monitor the power consumption, temperature and overall health of each E-Tool docked in a Tracewell Mobile Manager. Every Mobile Manager features a single point locking mechanism for all trays, and access to tools can be further managed through Smart Card Drawer and RFID Electronic Management locator technology, providing additional security for your assets. Each Mobile Manager features filtered air-cooling for each tool tray, preventing overheating while charging and keeping dirt, dust and other foreign objects from contaminating your tools. Filters can be easily removed, hand washed and reused.
