Major Prime Contractor Selects Tracewell to Design and Manufacture a Power and Electronic Packaging System for Large UAV Program

Tracewell Systems announces the award of a key UAV payload program. Tracewell won the mechanical, electrical and power design elements for a next generation UAV. Additionally, Tracewell will be prototyping and manufacturing the designed enclosures.
“Tracewell Systems is on several key UAV programs, proving its ability to design light- weight electronics packaging able to handle extreme environmental challenges. The electronic package must be able to operate in extreme hot and cold conditions, at a varying degree of altitudes, salt fog, heavy weather, desert dust and vibration among other significant influences,” states Rob Harris Director of Sales and Marketing.
